Designed for comfort and connection, the home features two welcoming living areas ideal for groups seeking both shared time and quieter moments. The main living room centers around a large sectional and a 55" 4K Smart TV with a Sonos Dolby soundbar, creating an inviting place to unwind after skiing or snowshoeing. Its open layout flows into a dining area with seating for eight and a breakfast bar for three. On the lower level, a second living space with a 65" 4K TV and Sonos surround sound provides a relaxed spot for movies, games, or reading.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers Caesarstone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and heated floors that make winter mornings especially comfortable. It is arranged for easy meal preparation and conversation, whether you are making breakfast before the slopes or cooking dinner after a full day outside. The balcony includes a BBQ grill for year-round use, paired with mountain views that frame the space in every season.
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms and four bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. The upper floor includes a primary bedroom with a king-split bed and ensuite featuring a glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom offers a queen bed, gas fireplace, and access to a private deck, while a third bedroom includes a queen bed and wardrobe storage. These two rooms share a separate bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. On the lower level, the fourth bedroom includes a king-split bed and private ensuite with a deep soaking bathtub, and the fifth bedroom features another king-split bed with access to a nearby bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.

A practical mudroom entrance provides space for winter gear, complete with a bench and boot dryer. Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.

• Hot tub hours. The Snowbird complex shared hot tub is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
