Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Clean room and bedding. My request to check in early was granted. Wifi was good.

Negative: My stay was not pleasant because my sleep was affected due to other guests making a noise. The motorised gate also made a lot of noise. During the day the staff made a noise by talking very loud while they were socializing in the Lounge/Reception area. Access to the facility was restricted because the guests have to contact the staff to open the gate to enter or exit the facility. This caused guests to make a noise because the staff was sleeping and the guests were frustrated because access control was a big issue. I expected to have a good rest because I had to go work in the morning but due to the noise, my sleep was badly affected. The fridge in the kitchen needs a thorough cleaning aswell.
