Positive: Better admin of the keysor pin and communication
Negative: The apartment is excellent. Very spacious and comfortable. The location is mind blowing with Table mountain as a backdrop. Bedding was clean and neat. Apartment was also very clean On arrival I was told to collect the key from 1803 licker. There was no key. Tried phoning the contact number . No response. The security at the desk was very helpful. He managed to get into contact with someone. And after 45 mintes we were told we need a pin for the door. The pin was given on the phone. At 23.45 an email came through with the pin.
