Welcome to our spacious Airbnb listing! This 1500 sq ft house offers ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. Situated in a tranquil neighborhood, it boasts a standalone layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Our master bedroom features a luxurious California King-size bed, complete with its own en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The two additional bedrooms include a Queen-size bed in one and two single beds in the other, comfortably accommodating your entire group.
Outside, you'll find a generous outdoor parking area and a large backyard, perfect for gatherings or simply unwinding under the sun. Come experience comfort and convenience at our home away from home!

Can I receive mail, shipping or delivery?
Yes, but we have no responsibility or guarantee to receive your letters, shipping, delivery. Please make sure that your package is delivered during your stay as we are unable to hold or receive the package for you. Thank you for understanding.

he property is privately owned, the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Numbers of staying cannot exceed numbers of guests booked.
Home cannot be occupied or used for any commercial or business purpose without prior approval.

-NO PARTIES
-NO SMOKING. no smoking inside the house of any substance, including VAPE or e-cigarettes. A $200/day penalty will be incurred if any signs or smell of smoke is encountered after the guest check out.
-Any damage made to the property or furnishings which exceeds deposit amount will be billed to the guest.
-We ask guests to kindly dispose of food in the trash can. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. If garbage disposal or any part of the plumbing is damaged or clogged during the guests stay, the guest will be responsible for the plumber’s fee at check out.
-All items in the house have been accounted for, any item removed from premises will charged to the guest at check out.
-Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Housekeeping will wash all the items.
-Damaged or severely stained linens, furniture and carpet will be billed to the guests at check out.
-Please be mindful when moving oversized items into the rooms. Damaged doors and walls will be charged to the guest at check out.
-If kitchen utensils are used, please put them in the dishwasher before you check out. Kitchenware is sanitized for the next guest to use.
-According to your order number, we provide the appropriate number of bath towels. I.e2 members of reservation= 4 sets of towels. $10 per set of towel for extra. If you have special needs, please contact us in advance.
-You can check in any time after 4:00pm or check out before 12 pm. We do not offer free early check-in or late check-out. It will be charged $20 per hour. If you have special needs, please contact us in advance.
Garbage/Recycle
Please put all Garbage/Recycle in the Dumpster by the parking spot.
INSECTICIDE
Although we have pest control monthly. However, you may still see a bug during your stay.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please don't forget your personal belongings. Shipping service fee: $30 and shipping at your own expense.
QUIET HOUR: 10PM to 7AM, AND NO VISITORS, NO MUSICS DURING QUIET HOURS.
Do not do anything that will disturb our neighbors or they might call the police and you will receive a citation from the police. (This happened before. True story)
Please check everything in the condo when you check in, if there is any damage in the property, it will be claimed.
We only provide a basic set of pot/pans/cooking utensils. Baking sheets/pans or other kitchen items may not be available. If you have a specific question, let us know!
