1) You specifically indemnify and hold harmless Steenbok House, its agents and/or employees against any claims, damages, liability or responsibility for any harm, injury, damages or loss to yourself or any person, including to property, including any loss of support or earnings (both past or future) of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising from or connected with your participation and whether or not such claims are caused by any act or omission, negligent or otherwise, of Steenbok House and/or anyone else.
2) You, who signs this form, and is / will be accompanied by or visited by any other person, furthermore indemnify Steenbok House in respect of such person(s) in relation to any claim against Steenbok House as described in the preceding paragraph.
3) You shall be personally responsible for payment of any and all costs related to my accommodation at Steenbok House, including (though not restricted to), room charges, the cost of all goods or services supplied to, consumed by or ordered by me, should they not be paid when they fall due.
4) Any inappropriate behaviour gives the management the right to evict the visitors and his retinue from Steenbok House, without refund of any money already paid.
