This is a bottom flat with an open plan living space. Lots of room. It is right on the green belt so the nature is amazing.. birdwatcher paradise. We get the occasional porcupine and owl.

Situated on a greenbelt you can observe all types of birds from the patio or cook out in the patio area, take a short walk to the beach, or hike up the kommetjie mountain. So much to explore. We offer safe off the street parking. The flat is pretty self explanatory. There is a book that gives all the local information, also the cooking appliances are a induction for when the electricity is on and a portable gas stove for when it is not. WiFi works during load shedding.
