This small condo has been the location for many wonderful summer vacation memories for my family and I since 1988. It is less than 25 meters to the water from the front door. This property is a one bedroom, one bathroom with shower, and family room which has two couches which can be converted to beds. The property has a small kitchen which includes sink, two station electric range, and a 3.1 cubic feet mini fridge. Ideal for up a couple and two children. Amazing outdoor patio to enjoy meals and clear view of the cove, which is a blue flag cove which it shares with Xanadu Hotel. The water is calm, clear and ideal for open water swimming. If you are avid swimmer this is absolutely the best location from which to open water swim. The small coastal town of Akyarlar is located less than two miles, and is an easy 15 minute walk from the property or a 30 minute swim. There are a selection of two main beaches from which to swim from on the east or west of peninsula. Evening walks are a must with views of the Greek Islands, specifically Kos.
