Walk into this lovely open concept home with mid century touches and bright decor. The updated chef's kitchen is outfitted with everything you need including a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee which you can enjoy in the breakfast nook or in the extensive outdoor area. The large sectional in the living room is a great spot to unwind with a book or watch a movie/show on the Apple TV.
One bedroom includes a comfortable queen size bed, Roku tv, closet, and cubed storage space. The adjacent connecting bathroom has been updated and also connects to the office. In the office space you'll find a large desk, seating for meetings, and a small couch to lounge on. In the office is also a Marvel vs. Capcom 2 stand-up arcade video game (released Fall 2022), a unique feature in the home.
The large primary room hosts a luxe king size adjustable base bed with a massage feature, a Roku TV, and and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom shower connects to bluetooth so that you can adjust lighting and music for the ultimate personal spa shower experience.
One of the shining gems of this home is the outdoor space. A large hot tub is available for guest use and an outdoor shower is available adjacent to the hot tub. Plenty of outdoor furniture provides the opportunity to enjoy Portland's lovely sunny days. The primary bedroom has a sliding door leading to a patio and the rest of the garden and outdoor area. This patio also has a new motorized awning so that you can enjoy the outdoor area during some drizzly Portland days or to shade from the occasional summer heat.

The garden and patio of this property receive regular care from a kind and helpful neighbor every Tuesday or Thursday from 11 am to 2 pm. She diligently tends to the plants, ensuring they stay well-hydrated, and maintains the overall cleanliness of the yard and patio. Occasionally, she may visit the property without prior notice to tend to the garden. Please rest easy, as she respects your privacy and understands the importance of maintaining a peaceful and comfortable living environment for you.

2 - Smoking tobacco or marijuana is strictly prohibited
3 - Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in additional fines and immediate eviction.
4 - Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm - 8am. Please also be mindful of the neighbors outside of these times.
4 - Please turn off lights and lock all doors and windows when not at home.
5 - If using street parking, please consider the neighbors and park near the home, if possible.
6 - The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Message us if this needs to be updated.
7 - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home. Should you choose to have a package delivered anyway, Descansa Property Management is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages. We will not be available to help locate in the event of either.
8 - Spring through Fall is sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly.
9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $30 processing fee.
10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
11 - Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.
