Positive: did not eat breakfast

Negative: the door to our unit's handle was broken so we could not lock it during our stay. The curtain at that door also did not close properly as the end was not hooked in the rail. we did not have warm water when we took a shower which was unpleasant. We also could not get the TV to work.

Summary: it was OK.. Ingrid was a superb person to have contact with.
