If you are going to be in the lovely city of Cape Town for just a few days, or even a few weeks, there are many reasons to choose our gorgeous apartment, just off Sea Points' famous promenade, as your luxury home from home option.
It is conveniently central to almost everything that goes on, in and around the city. Even so, you don't feel as if you are in the city, despite its close proximity to shops, banks, bakeries, restaurants, transport, coffee shops - but more especially the sea, and there is even a lovely small, white sandy beach literally just across the road. Perhaps one of the most important features though is the sweeping views of the ocean, the city and the mountains. They are simply magnificent.
Our comfortable and beautifully furnished apartment is in a secure, modern environment. It is professionally cleaned, maintained and supported by a 24/7 team to ensure you have a happy and hassle-free stay. On arrival, keys to the apartment are collected from the nearby world-famous Coco Safar, considered by many as one of the world's top luxury coffee, bakery/patisserie and all-day cafes. The place is an experience all of its own, and may we suggest that when you collect your keys, you buy a bag of some of the best croissants in the country to take home with you.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave. There is a fantastic laundry in the building but if you wish to do your own there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. Dining around the large wooden table or the breakfast bar is an experience in itself, and it's just fantastic to come home and flop into the comfy couch in the beautifully stylish and light-filled living room to watch TV, or just stare out the lovely full-length glass walls at the amazing views over the city and the ocean. The sea-facing section has stackable doors allowing the inside to become the outside! With a push of a button and the blinds close electrically. They are designed to allow you to see out but still allow for privacy.
Two spacious bedrooms, one with a super-king-size bed, the other with two single beds, both have plenty of storage space for your belongings. One bathroom has a full-size bath and separate stand-in shower, whilst the other has a bath and an " over bath shower ".All essential toiletries are provided.
Special features of this striking apartment are the two balconies and a BBQ area - two perfect spaces in which to spend either having your morning coffee or quiet time watching the joggers on the promenade, the long horizon of the sea, the clouds wafting by, and the paragliders floating above having jumped off the nearby mountainside. And finally, this is definitely that place to watch a beautiful Cape Town day, turn gently into the night.
You will have private access to the whole of the property for the duration of your stay.
Sea Point is most well known for the aptly named Sea Point promenade from Bantry Bay to Mouille Point. The extensive promenade runs the length of Sea Point's beachfront.
This draws locals and visitors for walking, bike riding and jogging or just people-watching.
You'll find a number of children's parks, an outdoor gym, public art and there is a chlorinated swimming pool at the pavilion that is open during the summer.
There are a few hotels, guest houses and apartments in the area and provide a seaside experience that isn't far from stunning beaches or day trips outside the city.
We would recommend taking Uber or private taxi to explore!
