Welcome to our cozy home in Midtown! The space provides single level living, an outdoor living space to enjoy meals, and yard shaded by mature pines. There is a heated office/workspace in the converted garden shed. We have a hot tub and firepit in the yard for cool evenings.
Nearby parks include Juniper Swim and Fitness Center, and Ponderosa Park - both within a 10 minute walk from the house.
Easy access to 3rd St and grocery choices within 1-2 miles of the house.
Open living concept with kitchen and living room as one, with adjoining TV den (the former 1960’s garage) and a mud room with laundry. The master bedroom has a king Purple 4 mattress, with hybrid queens in two guest rooms and a twin bunk in the 4th bedroom. We can supply a travel crib on request, and have baby toys and books for toddlers. The guest bathroom has a full tub with shower. The covered patio and pergola adds a comfortable outdoor living space with gas BBQ. Hot tub and fire pit in back yard. Wifi reaches the separate heated office in the backyard (former garden shed).
Garage is locked off and not for guest use.
We live in town and are available to check in as needed if any problems or concerns arise.
We have a No Shoes policy indoors to prevent sap from the pine trees being tracked into the house. Thank you!
