Positive: Authentic rooms, heating in cave, good breakfast, cute cats at the territory

Negative: I booked this hotel specifically to comfortably attend a party held on its premises. Upon arrival, the staff insisted that my reservation did not exist and repeatedly tried to place me in a worse room than the one I had booked, or even in a staff room. Only after I personally showed my reservation on their computer did they acknowledge it. They then claimed that I had booked the most basic room, which was not true, and said they were “upgrading” me, although in reality they simply gave me another room of the same category. The room was located in an area that was not separated from the event guests. The rooms are spread across different levels of a cliff, and my terrace was freely accessible to people attending the event. As a result, intoxicated guests were sitting on my terrace and drinking alcohol there. Additionally, the staff placed a large speaker right next to my room. At some point, event guests turned the music on at full volume. After returning from the event, it was impossible to stay in the room or sleep, as the music from the speaker was even louder than the main festival area. When I asked the staff to move the speaker, they pretended not to understand English (despite the front desk staff clearly speaking English) and said nothing could be done. Only after I argued with them in Turkish did they finally move the speaker. Overall, the stay was extremely uncomfortable and poorly managed.
