Summary: Very good value for a modern duplex apartment. Balcony, Washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery, cleaning service etc. all staff were helpful. Included parking underground (entrance is from road behind it, not the one next to it). Also includes breakfast from two of the cafes on the road. Convenient with grocery stores, fast food, coffee shops next to it. Note if coming from airport, google maps may try to take you through the university road (not allowed as it’s a campus) but you have to drive around it past the mosque. Main issue was the thin walls. We could hear our neighbours and they could hear us.
