• Check-in/Out: Check-in is from 4 PM to 11 PM; check-out is before 10 AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests.
• Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs welcome (fee applies per dog). Sorry, no cats and no puppies (under 12 months).
• Quiet Hours: Noise levels must be kept down from 11 PM to 7 AM to maintain a peaceful environment.
• No-Smoking Policy: We maintain a strict no-smoking policy inside. This encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and electronic cigarettes.
• Safety: For your safety and to protect the property, guests must not climb, push against, or hang from structures or near cliff edges.
• Hot Tub: The hot tub must be covered at all times when not in use. Please ensure you place the covers on the hot tub and secure the latches after every use.
• Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 72 hours of making the reservation or the booking may be subject to cancellation.
• Seasonal Amenity Availability: Certain outdoor amenities (beach stairs, outdoor shower, gas BBQ) are not available between October 15 and May 15.
