Summary: Our rooms were not vaccumed, hair in sink, garbage in floor, stains on curtains, pool and hot tub had so much chlorine. Pool is onky ooen until 9 during the week even in New Years Eve. Then the day of check out at 9 AM housing keeping twice just walked in my room. One time I was getting dressed. I love the pool area for the kids but after this experience I may have to find a different place.
