This dog-friendly beach house is a private and spacious 1200 sq. ft. two-bedroom/two-bath ocean view home with two sun decks, and reserved parking for two cars - a great escape for all your vacation desires! Located in a unique North Pacific Beach neighborhood near the southern border of La Jolla, this home is a 4-minute walk to the water at Law Street Beach - a great family beach that is considered one of the area’s best beaches because it has a grassy park, showers, restrooms, and lifeguard services.
Enter into an ocean-view beach-chic Great Room with a comfortable seating cluster and a 46-inch smart TV with Netflix. There is an inside dining area for six, and easy access to the patio with a teak dining area for four, and a barbecue. The fully equipped modern kitchen, with an ocean view and breakfast bar, is a part of the Great Room.
An ocean view Cal-King primary bedroom has a fully remodeled bath with a shower/tub combination. A second, shared bathroom has been also been fully remodeled. Both bedrooms also have smart TVs with Bluetooth-enabled music, as well as ceiling fans and air conditioning to keep you comfortable.
Close to all sorts of water activities, guests will also enjoy access to beach gear as well as a shared selection of beach cruiser bicycles and surfboards for making the most of this coastal wonderland.
The Pacific Beach/Mission Beach Boardwalk begins at this park and extends south for 3.5 miles through all of the Beach communities. It is close to all that the beach and boardwalk have to offer - restaurants, pubs, shopping - yet it is far enough away from these place so it is peaceful and quiet. Also this gem sits near the famous Tourmaline Beach know for surfing and sunshine!

There is a supply of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers for guest use.
Six beach cruisers and surfboards are available on a first-come-first-serve basis in the "Beach Shed".
Stairs are required to access this rental.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
