Positive: The place is so beautiful. The garden was the part we mostly enjoyed. Very beautiful

Negative: There were no cleaning equipment so we couldn't clean our chalet. There were no tea, coffee or sugar. So it was a turn off. We only received wood for one day for the hot tub but we stayed for two days. Warm water was limited. Service was not so good
