Summary: The room smelled, the sheets were of poor quality, and especially considering the price was a little more than The Adobe (where I have also stayed), I am baffled by the glowing reviews I read, only reason I gave it a go. Perhaps the front rooms facing the ocean are the reason for reviews, but that doesn't excuse the low quality of all the other rooms unless the cost is extremely low.

Summary: This is our second time staying here this year. We love this place. The rooms are clean and spacious and comfortable. We do wish the tvs were larger. When it's a rainy, chilly night, it's nice to watch a movie in bed on a decent sized tv.

Summary: Friendly check in and clean room but the upstairs people were walking around for quite awhile and talking loudly and kept us awake way too late. The floors are very creaky and it was frustrating that we couldn’t sleep. Good location for a road trip on the coastline.

Summary: Very comfortable older lodge right on the ocean with incredible crashing waves right outside our balcony. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Great walking trail along the ocean right outside our door. My only complaint is the room had an odor like a wet dog had stayed there, which is probably true since they allow dogs. They need to deodorize the rooms or have some pet-free rooms.
