Positive: Location, spacious, nice bathrooms, stunning views
Negative: We already reserved for next year and the price gone up by 35% The booking amount is quoted and confirmed in ZAR, but the billing is done in EUR, which changes the actual ZAR payment on payment date, putting the FX risk on the customer, which are currently bad for South Africans in their own country. In February 2023 this caused a 17% increase in the fee when payment was processed. Quoted amount was R6,100 and I paid R7,150 eventually. On Booking.com the apparent is advertised with onsite parking included, but when you get there you have to pay an additional amount for onsite parking.
Summary: Excellent location, becoming very expensive!
