The Space:
Welcome to our excellent home. This home features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom to accommodate family groups. In addition, it has a spacious living room and dining room with a grill on the terrace, perfect for enjoying delicious barbecues in the company of your loved ones.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals and has air conditioning in all rooms to ensure the comfort of our guests at all times.
In addition, our accommodation has a separate laundry room and high-speed internet access so you can work or stay connected at all times. We also have two sofa beds to accommodate additional guests if necessary.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.
Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.
