Besides the large veranda and private pool, this property offers sweeping views over the ocean and Table Mountain across the bay. It nestles against the mountain slopes and overlooks the Gordon’s Bay Yacht Club in the Old Harbour and Bikini Beach. A fabulous and tranquil setting will help you enjoy your relaxed holiday! The apartment has its own private entrance, a private pool and large veranda area. Both bedrooms and living room have sliding doors that open onto this wonderful open space.
Harbour Views offers a fully equipped gully kitchen with sea views and all you need to prepare meals. The rest of the open plan living/dining area is well appointed and comfortably styled, leading directly onto your furnished veranda with large a sun umbrella. Air-conditioning, smart televisions, a washing machine and garage parking all add to the comforts of this home.
The master bedroom offers a queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom and ample wardrobe space for long term stays. The guest bedroom offers 2 single beds and ample wardrobe space. Both bedrooms have sea and pool views with sliding doors onto the veranda for breezy fresh ocean air. A full guest bathroom with a shower and bath can facilitate the second bedroom.
Harbour Views is close to restaurants, shops, harbour eateries, and activities this address also offers quick access to exquisite coastal drives and is close to Cape Town, the Airport and the Winelands. For the whale watchers, we are 45 minutes from Hermanus, although you can see the whales pass the Villa along with Dolphins and Seals (depending on time of year). The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and surrounded by private residences and other guest houses. Wonderful places stop along the Clarence drive to take in the views and explore fishing villages along the coast. Relax and enjoy! It is a magnificent location with many exciting adventures on your doorstep.
Due to this home being located on the lower third level of the property, there are a fair amount of stairs to climb. This property may present a challenge for any person with mobility restrictions and for anyone who may struggle with stairs.
Solar Power and a battery backup have been installed to mitigate load-shedding. All lights, Wi-Fi, as well as essential power points, are fully functional during power outages. With conservative use, the system’s batteries can supply several hours of uninterrupted power without the support of the solar panels.
PLEASE NOTE: A one-time exit cleaning fee of R600 will be included in the final invoice. To qualify for our complimentary weekly cleaning and linen change, your booking must be for 14 days or more, and the service will occur on the 6th or 7th day of your stay.
