Positive: Great location in Greyton main road.

Negative: Heating didn’t work - used all the firewood by 10:30pm, no TV and difficult access with an elderly mother. Very poor wifi connection. Not able to work remotely on email.

Summary: Good location, very cold and poor wifi.
