Summary: Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Closet had bar for hanging clothes, but they had to be squished against built-in shelving system. Odd design. Bathroom had cubby for towels but nowhere but countertop for toiletries. There was plenty of space under vanity for an additional cubby. Again, poor design. Mattress had a little sag to it. Worst part was the loud cars gunning their engines on the on-ramp all night long. We were on the 4th floor very close to Hwy 880. Request lower floor and on the opposite side if you book here. Also, bags of trash sat on the floor near the elevator most of the time during our 1 night stay.
