The house is located in the holiday settlement "Özgür Tatil Sitesi" between Bodrum-Milas Airport (14 km) and the city of Bodrum (23 km). His geographic data: 37 ° 11’16.72 “N, 27 ° 32’43.15“ E from Google Earth. The estate is looked after by several staff and is guarded at night. It has its own bathing bay with a wooden footbridge (see Photo), which is reached from the house via a stone staircase. There is a swimming pool behind the house which is open in July / August.
The fishing village of Güvercinlik, which is approx. 15 min. Can be reached by car, is extremely picturesque and has various fish restaurants that are located directly by the sea. Every Monday there is a weekly market in the village square.

The supermarket "Migros" is in 15 min. within walking distance. Multiple taxis, called "Dolmusch", drive to Bodrum several times a day. Travel costs are very low.
The easiest way to get to the house from the airport is by taxi. The trip costs around € 30. Cars can of course be rented at the airport.

is suitable for 4 people. It consists of a living room with an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, an approximately 12 m2 balcony on the upper floor and a garden with palm trees. There are two terraces on this level.
There is air conditioning in the living room area and in the large bedroom. The small bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan.

Cultural treasures within easy reach
The region is rich in cultural sights. The ruins of the once most powerful oracle site in Asia Minor, Milet, Priene, Didyma, with the imposing Temple of Apollo are about 80 km away and can be visited well in day trips. These trips can be planned privately or carried out with the travel agency in the immediate vicinity.
The city of Bodrum, the former Halicarnassus itself offers various sights, such as B. the fort of St. Peter (Bodrum Kalesi) or the Mausoleum of Halicarnassus, which was one of the seven wonders of the ancient world.

Holiday House Prado
Location
The Object is located between the Airport Bodrum-Milas (14 km) and the City of Bodrum (23km), near to the fisher village Güvercinlik. It is one of the 60 Houses of the holiday settlement “Özgür Tatil Sitesi” which is tended and guarded by the staff all over the year.
The settlement has a bay of its own which can be reached from the house, over stone stairs, in about 5 min. Behind the house there is a swimming pool.
The picturesque village Güvercinlik, with divers fish restaurants, is in a distance of 15 min. by car, where every Monday, local products are offered at the market-place. The supermarket Migros is in 15min. walking distance from the house. The city of Bodrum can be reached easily with hourly conducting small buses.
By the arrival it is most convenient to take a taxi from the airport to the house, which costs about 100TL. It is of course possible to rent a car at the airport and return it by departure. There are 2 terraces in front of the living room, a 12sqm large balcony on the first floor. The garden with palm trees has a beautiful sea view. The house is suitable for four person.
