The lounge, TV room, and dining room open onto the garden. Fully fitted kitchen open plan onto the living area, with a big fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and underfloor heating. Separate guest toilet downstairs
Second Storey:
Bedroom 1 contains a king-size bed (2 separate mattresses), bedside tables with sidelights, a built-in cupboard, underfloor heating, a hairdryer, satellite TV, and double window doors open onto the garden. Bedroom 2 contains one queen-size bed and one Single bedside table with sidelights, a built-in cupboard, and underfloor heating. The window shows a nice view towards Winelands.
