We are new to VRBO but not aren't newbies, I have been a Superhost for years on a competing platform. Hoptoad House is a spacious 200 sqm contemporary designed home. Walking distance to Cape Towns most beautiful beach. Hoptoad is situated on a small farm and is very private and safe. It has a solar heated pool, a full designer kitchen and a beautiful deck. It is situated in the most beautiful area of Noordhoek, close to the beach, a 30 min drive from city of Cape Town. Included is a cleaning service, twice a week.
The space, If you search the web for Hoptoad House you will see it was featured on a number architectural websites (incl. Dezeen). Hoptoad House is suitable for those in a wheelchair as everything is on the ground floor and doors are wide. Please note that the pool has no cover or safety net. If the environment is important to you, Hoptoad House runs on solar energy for both hot water and electricity. We are also independent of water as we have our own water from a pristine water source. Other things to note; The house comes with a wonderful outside gas BBQ, we call them braai's. Noordhoek has a wonderful number of restaurants close by. From Haute Cuisine to pub food and home made pizza places. There are a number of local pubs, some with wonderful views of the ocean. All in walking distance from the house. I have one baby cot if you so require. We have a fast wireless internet set-up through a fibre connection. There’s a TV allowing you to check into your own Netflix, iTunes and or Amazon Prime account.
