☞ To prevent any potential damages, we request that pets stay off furniture when possible. Please bring your pet`s own bedding or crate for their comfort.
☞ Please pick up all pet waste in the yard during your stay and before check-out.

HEATED JACUZZI (2 minimum nights)
Our heated jacuzzi/pool amenities are usually $175 for two nights and $50 for every night after.
Heated time: 9 AM - 9 PM
To ensure your comfort, please inform your host in advance if you plan to use this amenity, as it takes approximately an hour to reach the desired temperature. Upon notification, we will request the spa fees and then provide pool and hot tub heating instructions.
PLEASE NOTE: leaving the heater on after your stay will incur an additional $50 charge. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain these facilities for everyone`s enjoyment.
SECURITY CAMERAS / NOISE MONITORING
Please note that each home has anywhere from 1-2 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only. These are to remain on and running at all times, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and traveler. Security cameras can be located on all angles of the exterior property, including the entry & back yard areas.
Additionally, we do equip each of our homes with a noise level monitoring device This is to remain active to monitor the decibel/sound levels only, to
protect against noise complaints from neighbors. It does not record any conversations, simply noise levels.
NOTE, all aforementioned data, is not stored, and/or
deleted when no longer needed.

Minimum Age to Book:
• Guests must be 25 years or older to complete the booking.
Quiet Hours:
• 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be respectful to our neighbors.
No Smoking or Drugs:
• Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A $1000 may apply if smoke odors are detected after your stay.
No Parties or Events:
• Absolutely no parties or events are allowed.
No Moving Furniture or Appliances:
• Please do not rearrange the home.
Occupancy Limits:
• Guests must adhere to the maximum occupancy limits of the home.
Secure the Home:
• Lock all doors and windows when leaving or before checking out.
Pets
• Up to 2 well-behaved dogs allowed for $100 per pet. Cats are not allowed.
• Pets must be supervised and adhere to leash laws.
• No pets in the pool and jacuzzi.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets
Report Issues or Damages:
• Guests must report any problems or damages to the host immediately.

• No Lifeguard on Duty – Swim or soak at your own risk.
• Children’s Safety – Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when near the pool or jacuzzi.
• Age Restriction – Guests under 18 are not allowed in the pool or jacuzzi without adult supervision.
• Pool & Jacuzzi Safety – The pool and jacuzzi are key features of our property. Children and pets must be supervised at all times.
• No glassware is allowed in or around the pool or jacuzzi
• Hours of Use – 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Please keep noise levels respectful, especially in the evening.
• Heated Jacuzzi/Pool – $175 for the first 2 nights, $50 per additional night. Please notify your host in advance so it can reach the desired temperature (approximately 1 hour).
• Leaving heaters on after your stay may incur an additional $50 fee.
Liability Waiver:
• By using the pool or jacuzzi, or bringing pets near these areas, guests assume all liability for any incidents.
