Summary: The hotel had trollies to assist with moving items into the hotel. The handicap door assist did not work but that would be helpful. I stayed on the 3rd floor near the roof with a balcony. I had a courtyard view and mountain view. The fridge was too small for my needs as I had groceries to keep but they assisted with a dorm fridge. The bed was lovely, comfy. I would have preferred a deep tub over the shower. Waking up to the sunrise and windows was great. Good coffee in room. The pool was lovely. The hot tub was warm but crowded. I would like a more spacious hot tub at hotels for adults. The pool was a little cold. The view from 5L was beautiful. I wish I had got brunch there. The mountains were so pretty. One of the top views in the city. The grounds were great. I loved the water features. I loved the covered trellis, terrace, pergola, brick. The lobby was well decorated. The hotel is in a good location. I felt safe on the property. I stayed 2 nights. I would return. I would visit another heritage hotel. The chain hotels are bland, unkept, and disappointing in comparison. This hotel had character and southwest charm. When you visit NM you want to feel like you are in NM not any hotel in the country. The clientele was nice. The staff was helpful. The only thing is in winter I would want an indoor hot tub and heated pool. I would also add more southwest plants, grasses, and flowers. It is a real challenge to grow plants in the unforgiving scorching heat though.
