Summary: There was no front desk staff, everything was keypad access and signs or emails. The bed was fantastic and the bathroom was great except for very cold floor tiles, which we didn't really know how to adjust and stayed just one night. They said they put coffee, tea, and light snacks in our room but it was just Keurig (the tea too, and no herbal tea option) and Belvita. The TV was very small and the remote didn't work the best, plus the lightbulbs were very bright. I would stay here again for a lower price or if I knew they adjusted the little things that seemed like inattention to the guest experience. I expected a little more for the price. It was walkable into downtown so that was great.
