Insta-ahhh is a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home, located on the island’s bayside, in Galveston’s prestigious Indian Beach, custom-built, includes ceiling fans and custom lighting throughout, professionally decorated with all new furnishing in 2021, with a custom-designed in-ground step-in pool, fully fenced yard, multiple balconies, and an expansive ground-level cemented patio area.
The interior doesn’t disappoint with its open-concept floor plan, high-end furniture, light, bright and airy decor, with lots of windows, custom 2” blinds throughout.
The living area offers a large comfy wrap-around sectional sofa, an additional chair with ottoman, plenty of tables for guest convenience and a mounted flat-screen TV on the white-washed burlap accent wall.
The kitchen offers matching stainless built-in appliances, marble countertops, an under-mounted sink, and a unique backsplash. Dining offers an 8-top table, plus 4 additional seats at the kitchen island bar. There is also a half-bath off and laundry off of the kitchen and main living area.
This home offers two primary bedrooms with king-size beds and ensuite baths, two bedrooms offer direct pool balcony access, and all bedrooms offer a flat-screen TV, high-end bedding and are complete with a ceiling fan.
The primary bedroom towards the front of the property may not have pool balcony access, but it does offer an additional seating area away front the crowd for couples’ retreat to escape, a beautiful king bed, a sliding barn door to ensuite, with dual vanity, deep soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower.
The second primary bedroom provides a king-size bed, and direct pool balcony access.
The third bedroom also offers a queen bed and direct pool balcony access.
The fourth bedroom is great for kids with two sets of twin bunks.
Activities outside include a private in-ground swimming pool with sundeck, outdoor entertaining space and a ground-level exterior shower (great for washing off sand after a long day at the beach).

Indian beach is a well-established, beachside and bayside West End Galveston Island neighborhood. Indian Beach is a family-friendly neighborhood, and beaches do not permit vehicles to drive on the beaches.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Indian Beach HOA does not permit vacation rental guests to use HOA amenities; guest access to pool, tennis court and fishing pier are strictly for Indian Beach residents.
Pool and/or spa are serviced multiple times a week, and we make every effort to keep them in tip top shape. However, we cannot guarantee there won’t be a disruption, but we always make every effort to resolve any issues ASAP.
Even if listed as a provided amenity, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable packages, networks, channels, cable signal quality, or internet signal quality. Cable may not be available on all TVs.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 30 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
