Positive: The house itself is very nice. Lovely stoep. Very private.

Negative: Access to the house is difficult. You need an SUV. We could also not launch a boat from here. Needed to make arrangements to launch on the opposite side of the river. Very far from shops. So needed to plan very well.

Summary: Lovely home, Location challenging.
