Travel Purpose: business

Negative: I stayed over on a Sunday night after only booking that morning. And soon after booking I got an email detailing how I could get myself in, where to find the keys etc. I myself then sent an email requesting, if possible, an early check-in, to which I got no reply. My arrival wasn't great. The hostess surely could do with improving her welcoming skills. And also, don't be rude! Asking me if I knew what time it was as a sarcastic way of telling me I was early, is not the way to deal with not attending to early arrival emails sent several hours before arrival.
