The Space
Welcome to our serene single-story home, nestled in the upscale Green Valley Ranch neighborhood of Henderson, a mere stone's throw from the vibrant heart of Las Vegas. Spanning 1,980 sq. ft this home combines the best of leisure and functionality, offering three cozy bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and an office with a sofa bed, designed for both relaxation and productivity. It features a spacious game area with a video game console and pool table, dining space for eight, a breakfast bar, and casual dining table. Entertainment is further enhanced by three large 65" TVs. The outdoor area invites family fun with a pool, BBQ, and fire pit, ensuring a truly home-like experience.

A mere 10 minutes from the Las Vegas Airport and a 12-minute drive to the bustling Las Vegas Strip, our location combines the best of both worlds: easy access to the city's entertainment and dining, yet a peaceful haven to unwind. Local amenities are just minutes away, providing everything you need right at your doorstep.

Our private backyard is a slice of paradise, featuring a pool, spa, and a covered patio with comfortable seating, barbecue facilities, and pool floaties—ideal for soaking up the Nevada sun or dining al fresco.

Inside, our home is a testament to luxury and style, with every detail meticulously chosen to enhance your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, from appliances to utensils, ensuring you have everything you need to create memorable meals. Our living spaces, including 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds (1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Sofa Bed), are designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation, featuring deluxe mattresses and chic furnishings. The home was professionally designed by Julie Popa Interiors in 2024.

We value our community's peace and tranquility, adhering to strict no parties, events, or loud music policies, especially during the city-enforced quiet hours starting at 10 p.m. We also maintain a smoke-free environment indoors and do not allow pets.

Upon arrival, guests are given 24 hours to report any concerns, allowing us to address them promptly and ensure your stay is nothing short of perfect. With driveway parking and full access to the property, you'll feel right at home.

Free EV charging is available, (Level 2, 10 kW).

- Pool Heating will be assessed $50 per day.

$500 fee for indoor smoking violations.

No mailbox access; there is a UPS Store less than 1 mile away where mail can be delivered.

While daily or weekly housekeeping isn't provided, we're happy to arrange it for you at an additional cost.

For your peace of mind, the home features a noise and smoke monitoring device and exterior surveillance cameras on the front and sides of the home for security and neighborhood consideration. There are no cameras in private areas such as the pool and patio or interior of the home. Our home is monitored around the clock by a dedicated security team, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
