Positive: location and staff excellent -

Negative: the property was clearly very tired and had a few issues, roof leak and obvious signs of needed maintenance- everything was put right soon as mentioned but not exactly as expected for luxury 4 day stay but staff and rapids made up for the condition of the unit - food we avoided - and preferred local options like Tanks Bar

Summary: tired, shoud have been cheaper and lots of competition locally
