Long term stays are welcomed!
1. All guests over the age of 18 must provide a valid photo ID prior to receiving Check in instructions.
No smoking. Smoking is NOT allowed in/around the premises -$500 fine for smoke odor found in the home.
2. The MAXIMUM guest occupancy is what is agreed upon when booking which will be 8 or less. Any guests over agreed upon occupancy will be charged $100 per person, per night.
3. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
4. No smoking. Smoking is NOT allowed in/around the premises -$500 fine for smoke odor found in the home.
5. Property and Furnishings must be kept in good order. Please take off your shoes when in the house. Any excessive damage to furniture or other material objects associated with the property will be subject to additional fees at the discretion of the Host.
6. Small pets are allowed under 25lbs. There is a $175 charge per stay.
7. No parties are allowed and is an Airbnb policy. Quiet times are 10PM-9AM. Please be respectful of the other neighbors as we are zero tolerance with noise complaints.
8. Parking: There are 2 parking spaces directly outside of the home. Street parking is limited. Our neighbors have large trucks that require a wide turn to park in their driveway. If there are cones outside of the front fence please do not park there. If you have any issues with parking please kindly contact me so I can coordinate with neighbor.
9. Linens: We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the unit.
10. Please turn off all lights and AC when leaving the property
12. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms or weather.
