this is our second home on VRBO but our first time renting it. our other home is in New Hampshire and has a huge number of five star reviews. This Carlsbad location is our personal home, this is not your typical investment rental. Spectacular brand new kitchen and wood floors with a full Thermador kitchen. We're looking for 30-day renters, that's the minimum our HOA will allow, anytime between middle April and late August. Our home away from home in Carlsbad with 3 bedrooms and three full baths. This luxury home is in a gated Aviara community, adjacent to the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort. The home features a spectacular master bedroom suite with fireplace, 2 twin beds in the first floor bedroom, and 1 full bed with twin trundle in the second floor bedroom and a queen size blowup mattress. Perfect for families or friends traveling together. With 3 bathrooms offering both showers and bathtubs, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The living room provides an additional space with a cozy queen bed for extra comfort.
