Stunning views over Kalkan Bay and approx 200m from the sea. Built in 2004 and refurbished in 2014 and 2017 it offers 4 bedrooms in the main house, all with their own private en-suite and having fantastic views. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and kitchen/living room. There is a further spacious bedroom/en-suite and kitchen in the annex. The large open plan modern living room/kitchen is very well equipped. The villa has PlasmaTV, Sky TV and DVD player. All internal flooring is of cool marble. Outside there is a built-in BBQ and a large covered area seating 10 for al fresco dining. There are soft comfortable arm chairs and discreet lighting for pre-dinner drinks and to sit and enjoy the sunset. Games Room with full size professional pool table/bar/room fans.
