Summary: Key card didn't work, so I went back to the office to remedy. Sign out on counter said "Back in 10 minutes. " I waited 18 minutes to finally have my key card re-coded. Then upon entry the TV didn't work, called the office, put on a long hold, hung up, called again, the 47 minutes later (now its 10 pm), the office attendant came to look at the TV. A cable was ripped out and the TV required maintenance. No other rooms available!!!!
