Welcome to our beautifully refreshed home with newly updated rooms. After hosting for 12 years, we closed in order to complete these renovations. Happily we open are again. This modern home, located down a country lane (4 blocks from downtown) is located in St. Helena, the "Heart of the Napa Valley". You will be a short walk or drive from dozens of vineyards, wineries, restaurants and exquisite shops. The year around beauty associated with the wine industry surrounds our property in every direction.
Our home easily accommodates 6 people, having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 2 floors. The first floor bedrooms share a bath. The second floor bedroom has its own bathroom; also sharing a wonderful space (55" TV) in the suite's open loft.
This property is great for gatherings for family/friend reunions, special birthdays, as well as business meetings. Several unique outdoor areas invite enjoying that great bottle of wine. In the living room, gather around the grand piano; and/or enjoy the more casual kitchen/ dining area that comfortably seats six guests. Find inside as well as outside, peaceful secluded areas to retreat to and recharge. In the beautifully landscaped outdoor areas there are spaces for dining, barbecuing & relaxing.
All beds have 100% cotton linens, feather comforters and pillows with 100% cotton towel sets stored adjacent to the beds, and extras in the laundry room. One first floor bedroom has a queen bed, adjacent to a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tiled shower. The other 1st floor bedroom has a king bed. The airy, vaulted-ceiling 2nd floor bedroom has a king bed and another bathroom. Step out and stargaze from the covered, intimate deck, off of the second floor hall past the loft area.
The sunny kitchen/dining area has been recently remodeled to open up and enhance guests gathering around the beautiful granite topped peninsula separating the 2 areas. Kitchen fixtures include a Thermadore gas range, Shaw sink. refrigerator with cube & crushed ice/ filtered water dispenser and wood counters. A 2nd TV is in the bookcase.
The house features stained concrete floors, galvanized metal finishes, stucco, rustic wood beams, re-purposed barn doors and windows, and antiques. Furnishings include a beautifully restored bamboo living room set, as well as pieces that have been passed down through several generations. The clubby dining area and loft have smart TVs.
The house is air-conditioned; with additional ceiling fans on the 2nd floor. Additionally in the open 2nd floor loft there is a spacious chaise lounge and TV. There is Wi-Fi throughout the property. The first floor laundry room has a complimentary washer and dryer. On site parking is available for 2 cars.
