I usually don’t meet my guests due to self check in but I’m only a message or a phone call away.
😌A peaceful, quiet & safe vintage neighborhood in the north side of Houston.
🌈The backyard is still a work in progress so please pardon our dust but the apartment itself is cozy, clean & quiet. Only 3 minutes from the hardy toll road, 7 minutes north of 610 & a 15 minute drive to downtown.
Street parking
The restroom is petite in case that matters but as you can see from previous reviews most people have not had a problem with it.
I follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts.
Here are a few highlights:
* I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
* I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
* I refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room
* I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
* I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
- Events allowed however nothing that is loud or disruptive to neighbors especially past 10pm.
- A cleaning fee of $100 will apply if there is a house party or event that requires deep or additional cleaning.
🚭 No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. This includes tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or any item that produces smoke or strong odors. Violation may result in an additional $200 cleaning/ozone fee.
- Please keep thermostat temperature between 68-74 degrees farenheit whether its on cool or heat to avoid freezing or messing up the hvac system.
- Pets allowed if they’re house trained however if there is an accident on furniture or carpet a $200 deep clean fee will apply. Additionally pets must be on a leash when outside for everyone’s comfort & safety.
