On first sight of the home, you will know you have found something special and truly a Tahoe mountain home. There are hand hewn cedar log siding and columns with wrought iron fencing around the entire property, plus stone pillars, and an ornate iron gate entrance. Handsomely crafted to showcase Tahoe living throughout this two level, four bedrooms, three-bathroom home.
On the top level, you will be welcomed into the expansive great room featuring handcrafted cabinetry with exotic woods. There are two new recliner sofas, a cozy gas fireplace and Smart TV with Sonos surround sound. This also a single air conditioning unit for the living room and dining area. A fully equipped, gourmet kitchen with beautiful, granite counter tops, large island/breakfast bar with sink, ample handcrafted cabinets, 6 burner gas stove and stainless-steel appliances. Next to the kitchen is a large dining area with plenty of seating for all. There is an abundance of natural sunlight, with floor to ceiling windows that highlight the incredible views of Mount Tallac. Open the sliding glass door and walk out onto the deck which runs the length of the house to take in even more views of the Sierra Nevadas, BBQ dinner, relax with a glass of wine or just enjoy the fresh air and the great outdoors. The deck has several tables, chairs, a patio swing with a natural gas BBQ that is plumbed directly to the house for all your grilling needs.
Back inside the home, as you walk down the hallway, you will see the first bedroom. This room has a new queen bed and more stunning views. Across from the bedroom is a full bathroom with a new SMART commode that features seat warming, a tile shower and a washer and dryer. The master suite is at the end of the hallway. The master suite features a new King bed, large flat screen TV, gas fireplace, walk in closet, and a deck with again more views. The spacious en suite master bath features granite countertops, dual sinks, walk in full body shower, jetted tub, and a new SMART commode.
Downstairs on the bottom level, has the family room with a sofa sleeper, board games and a large SMART television. You will find a full bath with a shower/tub combo and new SMART commode across the hall. There are also two bedrooms on this level. The first has a king bed and television. The final bedroom has a new queen bed and more stunning mountain views.
Once you have had time to explore the home, be sure to explore the fabulous grounds. The home is one of the few homes in Lake Tahoe that has such a large flat lot and backyard. Great sunny backyard that has a grassy area, stone patio with rock landscaping, a hot tub and plenty of seating. There is even a hammock for your enjoyment and a custom made ski lift chair swing, stunning views, fully gated and more!
