This charming property offers breathtaking ocean views that will leave you in awe! This house is designed to maximize your comfort. The upstairs master suite has its own level for optimal privacy with ocean views, two large balconies with plenty of seating and a BBQ grill, as well as an area for the kids with plenty of board games and a foosball table. Whether you're a seasoned foosball player or just looking to have some fun, this addition will surely add a lively element to your vacation! Located just a short distance from Torrey Pines State Beach, you'll have easy access to the sandy shores and the soothing sounds of the waves. Soak up the sun, take long walks on the beach, or simply sit back and enjoy the tranquil beauty of the ocean!
Construction is taking place next door (the house we share a driveway with) throughout the summer and into the fall and noises can be heard as early as 7am.

- QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 9am
- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced.
- THIS HOME IS NOT PET FRIENDLY.
- VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.
PLEASE NOTE!
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
- There is exterior surveillance camera recording 24/7. The camera is overlooking front door & driveway.
- There is no highchair at this home.
- The fireplace is not operable.
- The driveway is very steep and is shared with a neighbor.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
Parties and Overoccupancy Policy:
If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
