Positive: I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish — the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everything was well organized and clean. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

Negative: The spa service is not so good, the sauna working but kids are allowed and playing with the door. The pool is small and some day the water cold, steam bath is not working as well.
