Location Tropicana Residence is located in Side, just a 5 minute walk from restaurants, bars and shops. A 30 minute walk will take you to the beautiful clean sandy beaches of the Mediterranean, the picturesque harbour, or Historical Antique Side Town centre which is full of culture and also a shoppers paradise.
A car is not necessary and if you do not wish to walk then there are numerous free pick up and drop off shuttle services to the beaches, shops, Old Side, etc.

For years we have looked after owners second homes in the resort and we can be flexible on both the length of stay and dates booked, plus you can reserve the home without any payment for up to 2 weeks to give you time to sort out flights, confirm our respectability ,etc.
For your protection all payments are lodged in a secure Client Account at the Rbs bank, until the holiday is over. This is most important as it protects you against unforeseen problems such as flight cancellations.
We have also built relationships in bars, restaurants, etc, so that our guests are well received, plus we have a dedicated local manager on hand to show you around the home and give local support/advice.

This unique ground floor home has the unique benefit of being designed to be totally wheelchair friendly. It is in a prime position in this wonderful community ideally located within the resort; enjoying great sea and mountain views from the patio and private garden. Furnished to the highest possible standards in one of Side's finest communities, it guarantees guests a superb holiday, as our previous guests confirm. With a double and a twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms, fully appointed kitchen, etc, etc why look any further in our view.
The community has 24/7 gated security, indoor heated pool, children's pool and playground, as well as a gym and sauna. Location is very important and you can walk in less than 5 minutes to popular bars and restaurants, shops, etc. Furthermore the beach is just a 15 minute walk or you can take free shuttles running 15 hours a day.
