The space:
The Portẽnito is a bright space efficient 9th floor studio apartment with new Samsung refrigerator, air conditioner and washing machine. A TCL ULED 43” TV is in the living with articulating mount so it can be watched anywhere in the room.
The space has 2 beds, a full sized Serta mattress bed as well as a pullout single bed sofa/cama.
The kitchen is bright with table and chairs for 3 people. The kitchen incorporates a 2 element infrared glass cooktop and a countertop large air fryer. The kitchen has a toaster, coffee maker and kettle as well as all necessary cooking accessories and knives that would make a chef blush.
