Positive: We had a fantastic stay at Parsons House. Communication was excellent, before, during & after our stay. The house itself was even better than in the photos-exceptionally clean and Loveness & Ismail made us feel safe, comfortable and at home. The food was varied, plentiful & delicious. The game drives were wonderful-Estalie was an incredible ranger! She ensured we saw all the animals we could have hoped for and was so knowledgeable about all aspects of the bush. She was extremely accommodating of all the different needs of the group and ensured we left with memories that will last a lifetime.

Negative: Nothing!

Summary: Wonderful in every way!
