Summary: When we arrived late at night we were told we didn't have a reservation. This was untrue and I showed the porter my reservation on my phone. After a long time we finely got a room but we needed to pay cash. I had already paid but I finally got that money back. Although our room looked clean it stank of cigarette smoke. So bad we had to keep the window open just to be able to breathe. I would not use this property again.
