Positive: The Purple Pearl really is a pearl. Beautifully furnished, it is a blend of original Bo-Kaap charm and loving design. The layout of the two flats gives groups or families the opportunity to come together or retreat as required. The location is perfect. In the centre of Cape Town, within walking distance of numerous great restaurants and just a few minutes from Camps Bay, Table Mountain or the Waterfront. Eddie is a real gem too, incredibly helpful and hospitable, he gave us lots of good tips and made sure we had everything we needed. The neighbourhood is open and friendly. You feel safe and have the feeling that everyone looks out for each other.

Summary: Purzle Pearl is simply enchanting. We will definitely be back!
