Right outside the back door you can view wildlife in spectacular scenery, traverse adventurous trails, or fish and swim in the south fork of the Yuba River. Downtown Truckee is 16 miles east on Highway 80, where you can explore a variety of fun shops and galleries or enjoy a meal at one of the many cafes and restaurants.
