Summary: I have totally stayed there 2 nights and 1 night through Expedia booking. I believe there is some communication problem between Expedia and the hotel's own management. I booked a room with breakfast but the hotel personal claimed the booking is room only. That is quite a disappointment, coz this is the first time i had this kind of booking problem with Expedia. I don't take the issue so seriously and continue my stay but it is not a pleasant issue to have on any kinda vacation. The hotel claimed extra payment if i would like to have breakfast and naturally i refused them. Anyway i belive The Expedia individual should discuss the effectiveness of communication link with hotel management to prevent future booking problems between customers and hotel management. Paying room and breakfast but not getting breakfast without extra payment is not a decent issue to have!
